Have you found them on any census from 1881 onwards as this should tell you where they came from.

Does the birth cert give the middle name Frances?
The GRO transcription doesn't.

What record have you found of the middle name?

Is the Georgina in the Denbighshire marriage posted by Greyghost the right person?

If the date of birth as per certificate is correct, then the baptism posted yesterday by safc can't be right as it says that Georgiana was born on 19th (unless that's a mistake)

As the baptism posted was in Latin, may be Frances was an additional name chosen and added, when the child was confirmed ?

The woman who married in February 1893 aged 22 would not have been born as late as April 1871, if she knew her age accurately.

The "Frances" only occurs in her marriage

The census date was 2nd April for 1971. A bit close to the birth. Would they have moved so quickly so as to not be on the 1871 census.? A bit tough on the mother.

I assume the birth certificate implies the parents were married. I couldn’t find that.

The address she gives when she marries is Cunliffe Street, RhosDdu.
No-one named Campbell is living there in 1891
