Find Ancestors

Hello
I have the birth certificate for my grandmother and was hoping to at least find information about her grandparents however I am really struggling using Ancestry.
Her birth name was Eliza Freeman, born 30th Augiust 1887 in South Hackney. Looks like 7 Tudor Road. I have been unable to find a marriage for parents William and Mary Jane or even their deaths. I have found them on the 1901 census which I will try and post but that is all. I hope that you might be able to find something for me.

I suspect this is the 1891 census however why her Mothers name is different I cant imagine. Looks like Priscilla on original.

"Cordwinder" will be cordwainer, which is a shoemaker.

ADDED:
In fact, now that I've looked at the image, it definitely says "cordwainer".

Here is that 1921 found by Maddie with details of the family he is living with. It does appear to be him.
