Hi Lorraine, Scots Origins thanks for the offer! I am desperately looking for the birth of John Cumming: born abt. 1851 to William & Catherine Cumming (formerly Mackenzie). Other siblings...james, catherine, william ,alexander, jamesina, donald, thomas, elizabeth, janet, charles. These are in birth order - John fits in at no2. Possible counties would be Moray, Nairnshire, Elginshire. I know of at least 2 other people who would be delighted to get this sorted out - we have all the other births nailed down. John married Margaret More (or Moir) in 1877. Thanks! William

haven't got much to go on but I'm after a marriage in Scotland between a Charles YOUNG and a Susie [someone], their 1st child was born in 1868 in Liberton Edinburgh. Susie was born in China & Charles in Edinburgh c1843. I guessing the marriage was in Edinburgh. Can you help?
