Ann Report 18 Dec 2004 11:18

Hi James, Figured this would be quicker on 1837, and it was found them both straight away on 1 page, which I found really sad :( There is an Albert Morrow there, but his number is given as 60675, think this is a possible? The ref for him is I.54 390 William is shown number 65351 ref I.41 240 They are both shown as Privates (PTE) I am saving the image as you would like it as you may need the regiment etc to order a cert (if it is possible) Please message me with your email so I can send it to you Regards Ann

Ann Report 18 Dec 2004 11:50

Hi margaret, Am trying again for you, but please bear in mind that whoever took the census may have spelt it incorrectly as Darby or even durby. Ages weren't always correct either, and middle names were not always taken down. SO I am looking at the 13/14 year old Florences. Regards Ann

Ann

Ann Report 18 Dec 2004 12:17

Sorry Margaret, I just cannot find Florence. I have tried going through 1837online for 1887 and the first half of 1889 and there is no sign of her birth even there. Regards Ann
