hi ann. i have the vri, that can be brilliant, depending when and where, and obviously who [lol] you are looking for. the parish record one, i bought from ancestry.com. it has over 1 million entries on it. main problem is working out where the parishes are ! so many have changed name. but it is easy to search, just pop name in and click. sue.

hi ann. the vri is from lds. i got the 1881 census from there too. the parish records came from ancestry. have a look on e bay, i have had a couple of bargains from there. but check the price 'new' first, cos sometimes they go for more on there , than they are new. stepping stones sell discs and so do s & n. depends what you want mainly , and what area . dont mind checking the w yorks parish for you, but i think they also sell the parish discs for other parts of yorkshire. sue.
