do you know how old she was when she married that will give est birth year,from ehr birth entry it should hopefull give her mothers maiden name..then back track to find parents marriage which maybe possible if its uncommon surname,, |

freeBMD has 7 Phyllis Turners born in 1918, perhaps if you know a region you could pinpoint the one you want. Mothers maiden names are also given so her parents marriage cert should also be traceable. |
