I can only find William G age 40, a printer born St Pancras, Elizabeth age 40 born St James and Lillie 14, dressmaker born St james. They are living at Buckingham Street.

Hi Alviegal,
1891 census could be the family as Edith is on my records. I know they were married June qtr 1884 St Giles, I did think there was a long wait for the 1st child. On the birth certificate of my father in law it states his occupation as cab driver. Was a coachman a similar occupation?

The only children I have is

I think this is very likely the same family, maybe William and Lillian
had died? as my husband never mentioned these names. Will
need to look on Freebmd see if deaths are registered as they would have been too young to leave home by the 1901 census I would have thought.

EDIT Ancestry has a copy of their MC and Edith's father is Richard, a saddle tree maker so not her. An Ernest Smith is a witness. :-(
