Frances S Memory married George Bulley Memory, age about 50, in the USA between 1940 and 1942.
Cannot find any marriage record after searching many US records. They lived and died in Rome, Oneida County. NY State. Prior to the marriage Frances lived in Utica. NY state.

Can anyone advise how to find their marriage record please?

Family rumour has it that Frances was married before this with children. So, am trying to establish the maiden or previous married name of Frances to take the research further. If anyone can advise on this it would be appreciated.
