You really need Benjamin and Alic's marriage certificate to check the name and occupation of Benjamin's Dad.

This is a possible marriage for his parents BUT there are quite a few Edwards / Howells marriages so this is just a guess and not based on fact.

Timothy's YOB varies a lot in censuses.

If his age at death was accurate, he was born in 1837.

ErikaH posted the probate record.

Deaths Sep 1915 (>99%)
Burke Timothy 78 Bridgend 11a 844

His family must have gone from Ireland to Wales between 1841 and 1844.
Only his youngest sister (according to 1851 census) was born in Wales, though I don't see her birth, and there's no sign of them in 1841.
