No probs......I would have looked at 1939 on FMP, which sometimes has info which is 'closed' on Ancestry.

But, I'll leave this thread now

Hi all
I have received the marriage & birth certificates today and mystery solved.
There was an older child born in 1920 which somehow had been overlooked and this lady was the mother of the child i was researching.

So mystery solved and thanks for all your help peeps

I missed the older daughter, too!
Can't imagine how, as her birth is quite obvious, now that I look again.
