Thought I'd raise this issue again as there is such doubt as to whether MJ will actually perform his July concerts (if any at all!). If he doesn't go ahead with a concert and a refund is given, I wonder what will happen to those who paid extortionate prices on ebay for their tickets? Presumably the refund will go to the original purchaser (the ebay seller) and it will be up to their honesty/integrity as to whether they pass the money on to whoever they sold the ticket to? In any case, the refund will only be for the original price of the ticket, not the huge mark-up figure that it was sold at. Never more has the saying been truer: buyer beware! |

I got my tickets about 7.45am this morning, despite being cut off after 30 minutes of being in the telephone queue. |

Oh wow.....Good luck girls, hope you enjoy the show. My daughter was desperate to go also but decided as she's seen him she'll remember him as he was, but she will be envious of all of you :o)) |

I got my pre-sale tickets this morning after sitting on the internet for an hour and half. Got them through Ticketmaster, although the same block different row seats are on seatwave for over £1000.... |

Ann - yes . l don't have the tickets now as he needs them as proof of purchase, but l think he paid £150 each (x 4) and got 4 x £75.00, plus the handling fee's presumably. Was told on Saturday that promotional packages should have arrived same time as tickets, but they did'nt arrive, not that he wanted them. |

Jude, when you say they had lost £300 do you mean they had paid for dearer seats and got the cheaper ones? If they have proof surely that is fraud. |

l might add that a number of people sitting behind us had the same problem having booked with Ticket Master and the people next to them, they were all furious and extremely upset at having lost approx £300!!! |

I have just spoken to my daughter about this. Apparently, you had to register online and wait for an email to arrive confirming that you were in the queue for pre-registration. A selected number of people were then given a pre-sales code. At 7.00 a.m. today (11th March) those who had the code could then go online to purchase tickets for one of the concerts. If you didn't have this code, you couldn't even attempt to buy tickets. My daughter had been issued with a code and so at 7.00 a.m. today she started the process of entering the code etc. with a view to selecting a concert date. A message intermittently flashed up informing her where she was in the queue in terms of minutes. With 6 minutes to go, she was booted out of the site and had to start the whole process again - only to be informed that all the tickets had gone!! |

Please be careful using Ticket Master, we saw Tina Turner on Saturday at the O2, fantastic show, fairly goodview but should have been better, my nephew has lost approx £300.00 because the tickets that arrived were not the ones he paid for!! |

I got my tickets after 5hrs and 23 mins of sitting on the pc, got them with a O2 code priority. Tickets go on general sale on fri at 7am. 10 dates where released but by 12 there where 16 dates. Ticket master charging £9 per ticket booking fee which I think is a sham. |
