Well then, we have got Leg of Lamb with Lemon and White Wine Gravy, Roast Potatoes, with a medley of young fresh vegetables, including Asparagus Tips, Sugar Snap Peas, Celery and Lambs Lettuce. And, yes the lettuce can be used as a tender vegetable
