I did so make it myself.

I never give eggs away - trade them for beer, yes, but give away, no.

Now I much prefer a Shiraz to a Merlot.

Merlot is very heavy sometimes.......and Shiraz is much crisper xxx

yes as you are making out you baked the pie with your own fair mitts..

and you never gave the others an egg,,,,,yes feel guilty.

TW sounds nice. I love Merlot. I was given a bottle of Shiraz the other day....very harsh, not as fruity as a Merlot...

the merlot smelt of blackberries, the Shiraz more of cow pat....

what a bunch of philistines. Chilean merlot. I get nowt but the best South Korean stuff, no expense spared there.

Whirls, I've got some Isla Negra Chilean Central Vally, three for a tenner at asda....and very nice it is too.

Unfortunately I can't mix wine and chocolate without a migraine, and as I've had chocolate today and yesterday, so far I haven't touched it!

I'm like TW couldn't give a monkeys about the rabbit pie but the WINE.......yes you should feel guilty.............VERY guilty for not saving me any lol xx

Must admit I have to put a bit of garlic and black pudding in to give it a bit taste - it's a bit bland without.

I can't eat roast lamb when all the baby lambs are about in the fields.

Yet I can eat duck and I love ducks - I think they're so funny.

Never did fancy rabbit, but i could eat a nice bit of lamb :o))

I love baked rabbit but once my daughters had kept them as pets........I just couldn't.

I've just had a rabbit pie that would have choked a wolf, with a bottle of a fine merlot.

Now I know the significance of rabbits at easter, and for a fraction of a nanosecond, whilst watching the baby bunnies frollicing around outside my window, I almost felt a twinge of guilt at cooking one of their relatives, but it didn't last long I'm pleased to say.

The downside is that I've got none left in the freezer, so look out, little ones!
