	Do help yourselves whilst I'm gone to a chilled drink, glass of wine or a cuppa. Off to have a nice bath ... finally managed to get some hot water, B Gas Engr out yesterday, has ordered the part, yeyyyyyyy, hot water as from Tuesday pm! I've so enjoyed this afternoon surrounded by friends on my patio. o))) xxx
