Just out of interest , I had a bank appointment yesterday with a financial advisor ,and asked if they could sign passport application...they wouldn't because they haven't known me for two years, though I have had an account (in credit) with the same bank (in different location) for maybe 25 years |

You can also have a registered nurse sign it too. |

Rose, sign up with a doctor NOW! You never think about the doctors until you need one....dont' leave it until it's too late. I've heard stories of people who failed to sign up at a surgery then couldn't get help when they needed it. |

Can't you get a someone at a Solicitors to sign? I had to get citizenship papers signed and went to a solicitor and got a Notary Public (not sure, something like that) to sign it. |
