went to physio again

today. Did all my usual excersises and then went on the wobble board. Surprised the physio and myself when I kept it still for several minutes. Very plesed with my progress, am walking better and am in less pain. Afterwards walked into town which I couldnt do a month ago, but was knackered by the time I got home! |

No Jude, from the hospital! The wobble board is a solid ball with a board on top, which you balance on and try to keep still, not as easy as it sounds! |
