No Jude, from the hospital! The wobble board is a solid ball with a board on top, which you balance on and try to keep still, not as easy as it sounds!

today. Did all my usual excersises and then went on the wobble board. Surprised the physio and myself when I kept it still for several minutes. Very plesed with my progress, am walking better and am in less pain. Afterwards walked into town which I couldnt do a month ago, but was knackered by the time I got home!
