Please can someone tell me how I can get Ancestry to restore my full membership and tree. I usually go into the site via my toolbar access no problem but today it asked me to sign in which I did. Then it says it doesn't recognise me!! I have a tree on there containing about 100 names and a huge shoebox. I paid £155 just a few weeks ago and now I have nothing - I'm in bits. What do I do? I have been an Ancestry member for several years and paid for full membership as I wanted to expand my research. I have no intention of starting a fresh membership.
Advice please, I'm so upset.

Replying to my own request! Something strange has happened. I found a way of applying for a new password and when I got the e-mail I just used the same password as usual and it recognised me! I had tried it at least 6 times carefully checking the spelling as I entered it but no - didn't want to know me! How wierd is that! I'm shattered now and going to get some sleep. What a fright.!........... (goes off to bed shaking head in bewiderment and wiping away the tears of frustration.......................)

night night

Just checked my Ancestry tree to make sure it was OK.

The odd ways of modern techniques - glad all is well now!

Hi Diana,
Have you checked your mail in box for your ID & password.

If this still doesn't work e-mail Ancestry. They would have sent you a confirmation e-mail for when you re-newed your membership.
Reply back to them via that e-mail to explain the problem.

Don't worry your tree will still be there.
