I used G.R. to start building a family tree, and then paid Gold fees to use the research tools so I could go further. As soon as I did so my tree was wiped. Is this standard service? If so, surely there should be a very prominent warning notice? I have also asked the same question via Contact Us, requesting that my tree be restored if poss, but have had no reply after several days. Is this the sort of treatment you have to put up with at G.R.? |

The sevice and whole layout of the site has been absolutely atrocious since the recent changes. |
