Ironing?...yer have to be joking!....just steam 'ironed' my curtains while they were hanging up...they don't call me 'Lazy Susan' for nothing :-)))

where there is an easier way....I will find it :-)

that's good - quickly about a dozen times! - I like that! that's how it should be done.

Stick 'em in the wardrobe and pretend the creases were because of lack of space! Man after my own heart.

Uggers - have you done the ironing already, or merely putting off the dreaded task?

Dear All

I don't mind ironing when needed but why do some people iron sheets, vests and things like this?

Use a good fabric softener and out on a cool tumble dry setting for 10 minutes.

More important things to do.

No Mel! I told you - Alfred burnt the cakes cos his missus was off having a rendezvous with some other smelly old Saxon and not attending to her housewifely duties! nowt to do with doing the ironing))))

does cut the time down as as i cant do the back and forth movement with iron makes my life a lot easier . four lots of washing takes me under hour to do just have to have the knack of folding it first then its in and out and its done.
