thank you everyone for your messages ,my knee is ok docter said if it troubles me then come back but he had alook at the xray and it was ok,also no crutches but have to use my stick ,so just one word i habve to sa y

Oh Dutch I can hear the joy in your voice and am so so pleased you will be able to go to the Liverpool Meet. How I wish I could be there, yet June is such a busy month for me ... the Wales Meet, my birthday, a wedding and more.

Forgot to add got told off this last night went to take my night tablets,and forgot again to take the day ones,i,ll have to put timer on my mobile ,and i habe them in box for all the days it must be me getting old

Dutch, you really have to concentrate on getting your medication right, stick a big notice up on the cupboard or wall nearest the kettle lol
