	I had had bruises from needles before,it's a fact of life,and nothing to bitch about,these poooor downtrodden patients should be in a system where they have to pay for everything THEN they MIGHT have cause to complain. Hope your union will back you lass ,but don't hold your breathe,from my own ,and the wifes working for the national health service experience,they are toothless dragons and will probably run a mile at ther first sign of trouble.
