It feels good to me. After a rough few months today feels great . . !! The sun is shining, the warmth is lovely and I'm feeling optimistic again. I'd like that for everyone.

Decided life is too short not to enjoy it , although seeing as I'm now in middle age (tho I must emphasise I don't feel it . . . . . !!!) it might have taken me a bit long to realise it.

I had a bad stroke 7 weeks ago and the simple pleasure now at least being at home now and being glad that I'm alive make me feel that life is good although a bit frustrating
