For some reason I am unable to look at people's tree's when they have given me access, is this just me or is it happening to you? |

Are you saying that you don'y know how to open the tree, or that you are having difficulty opening it when you click on the View button? |

There is another way to access other peoples trees if you have been granted access. |

If the tree won't load make sure you are using an up to date browser and have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. Then clear out your internet temp files, restart your browser and try again. |
