Saturdays concert is off.

Dave Gahan has had a low grade malignant tumour removed so obviously isn't well enough poor guy. Main thing is he recovers .... I'll just have to wait and hope I can make the reschedule when he's better.

I went to the Meatloaf gig at Wembley where he collapsed on stage,then had his major heart op
Tickets were valid for his next tour,he came on ,on a hospital trolly and took the pee out of himself
They notified us of the re-scheduled date
So got one and a half concerts for the price of one

Blimey, thats a lot for him to cope with isnt it ?

Hope he has a speedy recovery and comes back fitter than ever.

Mildred they reckon the tour will restart on 8th June !!! Seems a bit too soon to me.

I'd rather he cancelled it indefinately til he's 100% fit tbh.......not worth risking his health for !!!

Ta Mo........they are saying to keep hold of the tickets...as they plan to reschedule...and if I can't make the reschedule then they'll give a refund......not too bothered about the money as I spent it months ago :0( but it's good that it won't all go to waste.

THOUGHT there was more to it when he went back to the US for further tests..........:0(

I have my fingers crossed hoping it's rescheduled for the new year....by then my friend will have had her baby and we'll make a weekend of it and stay over in London .....as a joint 40th celebration.......gigging just like we did in the old days........

Sorry about that Muffy.... I know from your posts how excited you were about this concert.

Let's hope he makes a complete recovery and reschedules for the New Year. That should make up for your present disappointment.

It's just not my day today.............

OH lost my car keys !!!!!!!! for a while we weren't even going to continue the weekend away.......

After tipping the house upside down for 4 hours......they've been found..........in the boot of his friends car in London.

*rolls eyes*

*waits for the third piece of bad news *

Hopefully they'll be with us via royal mail by 9am tomorrow........xx
