This happens a lot Margaret.
It may be nothing to do with the member, and everything to do with the new GR method.
I am still very confused by the new format.

Hi Margaret,
When you open your own tree, at the top of the screen there's a Please Select drop down box.
Click on this & it'll list all trees that you have access to. Then select the tree you wish to view.

Steve.

What happens when you try to open their tree? Can you open your own tree, or is there a problem with that too?

Hi Margaret

I always pm them just in case. Sometimes it is 'real', 99% of the time a GR gliche.

Go to "my contacts" there should be a tick against their name.
If there is a cross then they need to alter their permission.
