Dell......They .have replaced my broken keyboard completely without a murmur........under warranty so didn't cost me a penny. None of the....*usual wear and tear* rubbish some places spout.......they just sent out the engineer within 48 hrs of the call.

In the two years since I've had my laptop they've basically had to replace about half the components on the puter as it is really too overused....

Their customer service has been second to none.

Loads of people have a moan when a company performs badly.

Just wanted to big up Dell as I've yet to come across a company with such a great customer service policy

Anyone else want to give credit where it's due about anything? xx

I was warned off from getting my PC from Dell but they have been brill

They even sent us a new router free of charge because we ordered the wrong one and told us we could keep the first one supplied even though it was our fault.

I got conflicting reports about them too at the time Jax.

I had an Acer before this one and it was as much as I could do to get them to answer the phone!!!! Let alone DO anything about my problems with their product !!! xx

the motor on my Dyson blew up a while back, I rang Dyson and within the week they sent an engineer out and it was replaced. They were excellent I must say.

Yes I've also had good experiences with Dyson Whirls.

Mine was performing badly about 2 wks before the warranty ran out and they took it away for free and did a maintenance job on it....delivered it back free of charge too and it was like new !!!

Again, having dogs, it's something that is overused here..but they didn't murmur either.

Well done Dyson lol xx

I also had excellent service from Symantec (Norton Security) as had a prob with my laptop (it wouldn't download any updates) so had an instant chat with one of their IT bods. They were really helpful and waited patiently whilst I followed their instructions. Amazing to think they can remotely take control of your laptop (if you allow them too) to sort a problem..they were brilliant.
