I would like to see a limit on how many times a member can change their name within a certain time limit - say, one change only per month - then I would know who to avoid......I don't like talking to nutters who are looking for a bite from anyone just to attract attention to themselves.

I'd put in an automatic block on silly people sending me pm's for no real reason that I can see. A little microchip that says "no this is a stupid pm and I'm not letting it go through".

Free membership; no edit button; no delete button; only one board name.

AnninGlos Report 27 Jun 2009 22:02

I would opt for the one name only allowed unless the change is for a very good reason, allowed by admin.

I would like a "get on with it " button as in hurry up for heavens sake. I waited half an hour to get into trees today, by whitch time I was on something else and had completely forgotton why I wanted it in the first place.

THreads can be seen by non-members anyway Joan. But even if the delete button were removed, there would still be the edit button, so they could edit that sort of thing out of a post on request.

It does state in the terms and conditions not to put personal details on the site though, and it's also common sense.
