My HMs are ridiculous!

Several separate HMs came up with the same person-match... but in each HM, the matches were repeated 3 times! I know this can happen when someone has entered the same person more than once into their tree, but in SEVERAL HMs... ?

Another group of HMs have names from my tree MATCHED to people with WRONG name (ENTIRELY different forenames and surnames!), WRONG sex, WRONG dates, WRONG place and... ABSOLUTELY NO MATCH AT ALL!

I recognise that the system of matching is automated through software, but the software seems to be rubbish.

Researching:
Robertson (NZ & Stewarton) Wallis, Gossage, Standing, Galloway (NZ & Scotland), Roberts (St Agnes, Cornwall & NZ)

It is nothing to do with staff who don't know what they are doing - the entire process is computerised.

One possibilty which was suggested by a friend of mine who is an IT database administrator is that the IT techies have rebuilt various database indexes as a result of last weeks tree problem and this has caused a knock on effect with hotmatches.

I wouldn't bother to spend time on them I am sure it is a glitch and hopefully they can sort it like the lack of access to trees over the weekend
