that was easy, had an appointment to book and was able to book on line, seems to have gone smoothly so far!!!! I will reserve judgement but it beats hanging on the phone for ages. |

Our Medical Centre in Oliva has this system - hubby uses it to make doctors appointments for us - and it works !!! |

What a great idea........getting appointments at our surgery is so difficult.......perhaps they will adopt this system........is it a general thing, or are they just trying it out in certain areas..... |

Sally, this is Gloucester hospital, you get a letter from the surgery with a password and patient number, you also get a choice of hospitals (I had 2), you then go on the website and click to book an appointment. I think if you wanted to change the date/time you would have to use the booking phone number instead of going on line. |
