AnninGlos Report 16 Jul 2009 16:45

By the way, was that serious about you having a nose bleed for 3 days? should you not get that sorted, you don't want empty veins etc!!!!

MrDaff

MrDaff Report 16 Jul 2009 19:04

Hi Ann... yes, it's for real, lol... I have had a slow bleed for a few days now... nothing to worry about at the moment... my platelets are low, that's all.... and the veins in my nose are a bit delicate, so bleed quite easily, but they are still clotting, eventually...... I have a hole in the septum... discovered this year... found out loads about little *niggles* like not being able to blow my nose properly... and I don't get stuffed up with one nostril when I have a cold... both at the same time, which makes it a little difficult to breathe and swallow... when I swallow, there is a sort of suction, which makes it difficult to breathe... never do anything by half, me, lolol

I have other signs that the platelets are a bit low... I've got used to them, and know there isn't anything to worry about, yet.. it's why I have to be an inpatient for this silly gynae thing!!

Send it all to me by Cyber-link.
My washing is on the line, gently blowing in the sunshine.

BF,whats it like to be filthy rich?**M**.pmsl. Daff, you should get one of those Victorian Driers where you hang your washing on the Wooden slats and hoist it to the ceiling, good when wet.**M**.

Merlin... my house is modern... the ceiling wouldn't take the weight!!

BC, we are a bit out in the sticks here......... although there are buses every 10 minutes... don't fancy lugging my dirty linen to the other side of Newport by bus...

having said that....... mmmm!! lol

Daff, I only do that once in a blue moon. I consider the use of launderettes and taxis should be reserved for rainy days! lol BC XX

lol... don't blame you, though.

I used to have mine collected in Cyprus... bliss, clean cotton sheets twice a week, all beautifully ironed and crisp..... *sighs* Brings back memories, does that!

MrDaff

MrDaff Report 21 Jul 2009 14:39

Lol Ann, I know... but at least they will smell all fresh and clean, and I won't feel embarrassed to send them!! I used to iron them, as well.... I don't now, just as long as they look and smell clean, not that I can smell yet... although I did get a waft of fish yesterday!!... I haven't washed the stuff with labels still on them...... I mean, I haven't even worn them!!

I remember those Cyprus days. If you happened to go past the 'laundry' you could see the rows of washing drying in the sunshine.
I washed a few charity shop items this week too, Daff.
Can't give it to them with a 'been-hanging-around' unfreshness.

Still bright sunshine here.
