Snap same thing has happened to me and I have no musical notes or sparkly bits oh hum yet another gremlin I guess

Hi Nikki I had a similar problem sometime ago now, and was told it was because of the sparkly bits with my name .. and I would have to remove them from my community name ... and my full name part of my account .... but I like my sparkly bits ! lol

Hi Nikki...I had to email GR when I wanted my account changed from continuous. Just email them at the bottom of this screen where it says contact us.
Its a bit sneaky that we can't change our accounts when we want to. : ((

Can anyone please help me?

My account is set to 'automatic renewal' when my credits expire, these are due to expire on the 14th August. When I go into change my account setting that i do not want to pay again for this site it is just saying:

'Oops!
That site name is not allowed, please choose another. (Site names are only allowed to contain letters and numbers)

No changes have been made to your account.'

Anyone any ideas what a 'site name' is?? I really have tried changing everything!
