I thought my membership expired on the 3rd August but I've just checked and it's actually the 23rd. I wonder if I've just misread it or have I had an extension....?

Anyway, I'm absiltely thrilled to see that I have another 3 weeks of witty repartee and sparkling debate to look forward to. Oh, I just remembered, I have a few spare fuzzy felt farms and a couple of cat in the hat books free to a good home, should anyone be bored and feel like getting up to mischeif :-)

Actually it is, sadly, a dearly departed moggy but knowing I would miss talking to it as my only companion I had it stuffed.

He now holds pride of place next to my desk. I had one of those voice synthesizers inserted into his rectum so when I don't get a meow in reply to my loving murmurings I lift the tail and pull on the handy chord and he obliges.

Good eh?
