Hi,

Just had an email from GR telling me that I am up for renewal in a couple of weeks.

I forgot my password and asked to be reminded of it.

It has brought up my details with two different passwords under my board name, both of which I use other places.

I got caught out like this a couple of years ago when I put in a different password and ended up paying for two accounts.

Do I contact Support to sort it out?

Definitely contact them.

GR take long enough to sort things out.
You don't want to pay twice.

Perhaps someone else will have helpful ideas?

It depends on what you use which each account for.....ie your family tree

Choose the one, which you use to post & keep your. The other don't re-new. But don't worry, the one which you don't re-new will still be accessable, but as a free account.

In your account Aileen, have you got the continuous ticked and have you actually got two accounts, or just two passwords?
