Not all of us can hover over the name because (I am using XP), when I do that, the www address is there on the bottom row (above the Start row), but the address doesn't get as far as the number before it is hidden by other parts of the row.

I have to place the cursor on the person's name and click the Right Hand side of the mouse. A drop down menu appears and then I Left Click on the word Properties.

Left clicking on the name will send an email to them. Right click leads you to their membership number.

Have a look at the bottom of your screen, you should have a grey bar across the page, this, at the left side is where a members number will appear when you hover over their name........

just a thought is your lower task bar on AUTO HIDE? if not, it may be covering up the grey bar at the bottom of the page.....

i remember ages and ages ago that i could just hover over someones name and up would come their number .. but havent done that for ages now and when i tried this afternoon there was nothing there ..lol

put yor cursor think thats whats called on their name no should come up on the bottom of screen

You don't click, you hover with the curser over a persons name. For example, you number is you number is 4688561. Well, that was how it was explained to me, and it works every time
