Anyone who gets rid of their chewing gum by propelling it from their mouth onto the pavement is also spitting!!
Another disgusting habit - recently chewed & spat gum is awful to step in, and a pain if a dog steps in it, and dried chewing gum is extremelly slippery in the rain - I should know, I tore the cartilage in my knee slipping on the stuff!

I hate people spitting, if l see someone do it l usually ask them if they would like one of my tissues, won't tell you some of the replies l've got , lol.
Also another one of my bug bearers is that when your dog does his business you have to pick it up but when a horse does it right over the pavement thats ok. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

as said spitting on can form assault, spiting at is not

but I have to ask is this not a generation fault who thought that plonking their children down to watch Spit The Dog was okay ?
