Sorry about this but can anyone tell me why GR is causing me so many problems.

1. I tried to change the sex (Not literally speaking of course!) of a relation to a pink female icon from a blue and I pressed SAVE and the icon refused to change. I had to come out of the whole site and log in again before I found it had actually saved it to a pink icon. But it doesnt save it immediately and I cannot tell whether or not it actually did save the changes.

2. This message keeps jumping around the page and I cannot see what I am typing. I have to keep going back fortunately I am a touch typist!

3. I cannot see my tree when I press Family Tree and want a larger image. I press for a larger image and get nothing. I have to log out again to see the full tree. Even then it doesnt always work

4. The site is slow to load. I have a fast internet connection and this is the only site I have problems with. I paid good money to come this site and I am totally dissatisfied with the service.

PS I have just tried clicking on to Family Tree from this message and got nothing! It is so frustrating. This message is still jumping around the page. This is awful!

The 'jumping' has been a feature lately for some users , including me...don't know why it is happening , it comes and goes and affects no other site I use so not PC . GR is also slow loading for me.

I don't use GR for tree though . Contact GR direct and see if you get an answer!

I did contact them and they seemed to get hold of the wrong end of the stick, so I wrote back and so far no reply. That was last week. I am getting pigged off with the slow loading of pages and the number of times I click on to a page and it doesnt load at all.
I wondered if any of this has to do with our firewalls and anti virus software.

If the pages loaded quicker I wouldnt have to spend so long on the computer! I think you can all sense my frustration.
