	its just the thought of them ohhhh and hav u noticed they have increased the size of monster munches, makin it harder to eat them !

	It was alright too much cinnamon for me tbh but the aubergines and courgettes were ok........I may try it again. OH ate it all so I guess it can't have been that bad...........well he's not puking yet anyhow lol x

	I also have to tell you......that i have BEEF thingy tomatoes on the top too !!!!!! (thinking OH may have to pick those off before I attempt to eat it though)xx

	The first time I made moussaka I followed a recipe which said to salt the aubergines t take away the bitterness. What I didn't realise was the salt had to be washed off before you made the dish. It was fish & chips that night!

	I've used Potatoes, Aubergines (which I am ashamed to say I've never tasted) and courgettes.....I'm still washing up in stages and it's been cooking for ages lol......LOADS of pans XX
