Muffy it is a bit of a faff chopping everything up at the same time of cooking.I find it better to chop and cut everything up way before I start to cook.I just have bundles of veg and bacon wrapped in cling film all in a row lol.So I can just chuck it all in and have a clear work top. |

Cheese is lovely in soup,use the crumbly type like cheshire,soak it all up with chunks of garlick bread, it makes such a substantial meal you don't need anything else. |
