	I FOUND A PURSE IN THE SHOPPING CENTER,I HANDED IT TO A SECURETY GUARD,OVER A THOUSAND POUNDS IN £50 NOTES IN IT,I HEARD THEM CALL A WOMANS NAME.SHE CAME RUNNING WHEN SHE CAME FROM THE OFFICE I ASKED IF ALL THE MONEY THERE,,,,,,,,IT WAS THEIR DEPOSIT FOR HOUSE BECAUSE THEY NEEDED FUNDS QUICK OR LOOSE HOUSE A RELATIVE L.ENT IT TO THEM

	That's brilliant news, Margaret, how good and happy you must feel. I wonder if the person who found it took it round themselves, strange it would get delivered if it had no stamp on. I wouldn't have thought it would get through the sorting office otherwise. Maybe you could write a letter of thanks to the person via a local newspaper letters page. Lizx

	Joan, have you managed to get the unfranked stamps off the envelopes? The new stamps have little perforated areas in the middle to stop people reusing them, supposed to rip apart if you take them off an envelope, but I am going to try putting mine in the freezer, saw recently a tip on here that worked when I wanted to open a letter to put something else in that I had forgotten! Much easier than steaming lol and less of a giveaway! Lizx

	I think that perforation is on the new sticky stamps, were yours ordinary licky ones lol Lizx
