Joan - my daughter was looking through some old photos one day and said "Mum you were gorgeous when you were younger". Not sure what she meant by that:-))

I have 3 positions on my aids. central for loop, bottom for talking one to one, albeit you can still hear some noise and top for listening to the TV and you can hear everyone else's conversation in restaurants.

What amazes me with OH's hearing aids is that when they need adjusting then he goes into the centre and they connect them up to a computer and adjust them until he's happy.

Don't you find that, the older you get, the more right you are?

Funny, that - when I was 16, I was completely right all of the time.

Now, I'm just nearly right most of the time. Roll on another 10 years or so......

haha our mam comes clubbing with me, and i find myself, giving her "the look" if i think shes having too many, not that she gets drunk because she only has a few lololol,

also if she goes out for the day without tellign me i always ring her n say, where are you?? lololol, i dont mind her going out without me but long as she has let me know else i worry were they have gone "ok im scared im missign out" hahaha

Stray - that's what we get if we're not home when they ring. We got home from a night out with friends and it was late. Our son seriously asked why we were so late and said that he was worried about us. I almost apologised:-))
