	Feeling quite pleased with myself today I managed to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs properly........................not one step at a time Did have the use of one crutch though Looks at poor dowdy crutch,must give it a polish I think

	Had breakfast ages ago...healthier one, orange juice, two slices of wholemeal toast and a cuppa. Thinking about lunch now...spies banana...or cup a soup...hmmm
