i havent had a cig for 5 day!!!!!!!!!!!

i just smoked a lot less last week, then sunday didnt fancy one! monday didnt fancy one

an by tuesday thought hmmmm, i am gona smoke when i go out, because i like smoking when i have a drink

althooooo, i went out last night and was fine! when the lasses went for a cig, i never,

when i got home i knocked at mams and asked her for one for when i got in,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i gave her it back this morning hahahaha

yeah defo, ad when me mate came in from having a cig last night she smelt awful haha

I used to smoke 60 a day until May 1st last year I stopped it is nearly 11 months now I am really chuffed with myself!!!

i do like smoking well i did, its weird coz i have tryed loads of times and its been hell, mood swings and tantrums,

but i just didnt fancy one sunday n mondy, and when i do get the odd urge,i just think oh ill have one in a bit, and then the urge goes lololol

iv had 2 int he house since i packed in, and havent wanted them lol there behind me picture frame, just incase! haha

well iv noticed no differece money wise bt then every extra i ave has gone towards me holiday lol

altho i am picking more, and i just know the 2st2 iv lost is gona go back on lol,
iv even cut me alcohol down lol xx

yeah not had one altho the girls are coming over for drinks and take out tonihgt, im gona try not to smoke, but the chances are slim as i enjoy a cig wen smoking altho i did ok int he club on wednesday lol, mind im not gona beat myself up if i do, coz i didnt plan on packing in its just happened lol, and if i just smoke when drinkign thats fine with me,

see how i go like i says wednesday i thought id smoke and never the urge jst isnt there hahaha xxx
