Even when the house is sold she will fall well below the £23,000 capital threshold for social services funding


Dont think renting is an option the house is in very poor state of repair and would need quite a lot spending before it was suitable to rent out.

Will give cheshire social services a ring tomorrow and see if any one there can tell me what the position is
