my relation is peter grosvenor davies born c 1830. can anyone find me his ref for his birth cert. parents edward and jane married 1820 in holywell. he had a sister elizabeth grosvenor davies born c 1827 any references wuold be greatful.

I'm seeing one born c1836 on census records. That's before civil registration so you won't find any references.

Try posting this on the "Trying to Find" Board (listed on the left) with the SURNAME and date in the heading

You wont find birth refs as he was born pre registration that started 1st July 1837 ie Sept qtr.
Try the IGI on family search for possible parish records of his baptism
