Margot - I'm in Australia. I'm sorry I really have to disagree with you on the subject of role models. I do think that young sportspeople should have guidance from good managers to invest their money as most of them don't know what to do with it. Too much money and being told every day how wonderful they are is obviously not character building. However it's the public that decide they should be role models to the younger generation. I'm sure most of them are too young to step into that role with confidence or experience. Still - they should certainly take responsibility for their behaviour which at times leaves a lot to be desired. |

lol Muffy, the only argument I ever had with my brother was over Mrs T in the early days ;) He was working somewhere where the unions were very strong, and it made for a lot of restrictions on how and when work got done...strikes etc...he thought she would stop all that... and to be fair he was right, she shut down the company lol. |
