It took the suicide of my 24yr old son to make me realise that you should live for today,tomorrow may not arrive.

Also, worry is a wasted emotion, if you can do something about a situation,do it. If you can't do anything then worrying will not change the outcome.

oh Annina - what an absolute tragedy!!! know where you're coming from with that though - when my lovely husband died fairly young I decided that in the great scheme of things, nothing really mattered much any more - anything goes wrong I just think "So what!!" Life is too short - nothing can be that bad again - and my motto which I live by is

"A tidy house is a sign of a wasted life"

Spoken to Omar Sharif by Catherine Deneuve as they jingled along through a snowy landscape in a horsedrawn sleigh, all wrapped up in fur rugs. Them, not the sleigh. In the appalling remake of the movie Mayerling. (I haven't seen the original, but it had to be better.)

Don't know what's wrong with a Hapsburg prince. But if one throws himself at my feet, I *will* say that line. ;)
