The decision for once is very right the guy was in Broadmoor serving 20 life sentences.
Even if they have his schizophrenia under control could they really say that letting him out after all this time wouldn't set it off again, would he take the tablets see the people and could he have lived a 'normal' life after so long in a secure mental institution.
But on top of all that is justice 20 life sentences does not tally with 30years, so well done that judge.

Just got in and read this. Oh goody, they're not gonna let him out GOOD. The right decision was made.

I know what I'd like to do to him and it isn't letting sit in Broadmoor with his tv/pc/playstation blah blah blah.

Court decision just issued in London - he will spend the rest of his life inside.

Its just a process thats has to be gone through because of a change in the law that a tarif has to be set,why this new rule should apply to him I dont know?but he will never be released.

Yehh Dermott I think your right like the Moors Murders no Government would risk the flak if they released him.

There's no point in wishing that the death penalty was applied. Not possible - so, let's forget this idea.

I doubt if the authorities are 'brave enough' to allow a release. Nevertheless, the consideration procedure will be gone through - even he, despite his pathetic past, is entitled to due process. That's civilisation.

Low risk...phewww well thats ok then isnt, women can surely sleep soundly in their beds thinking they only MIGHT get attacked by him weather he is low risk high risk no risk he took 13 lives not just 1 but 13 all planned, why should he get a second chance...

His Pscyciatrist (sp..sorry) says "he poses a low risk of reoffending"

IMHO anyone who is "low risk" and not " no risk" should stay where they are.

No I dont think he should ever be released not only did he murder 13 women but in my opinion he ruin lives of some of their children, no he should die in prison.

Never in my life-time did I think this would come up for consideration. I remember the events very, very, well.
Maybe those considering this, are in the same mental state as he is, and should be locked up with him

He MAY have to kept in until death because of the risk to his life

Now I think he should be kept in and never returned to the out side

BUT my son works with these "people" and says there are worse out than there are in!!!!!!!
