I see that St Stephen at Walworth Common was a Mission. Alfred John's grandfather William John Ball 1826-1919 was a City Missionary. Maybe he was baptised by his grandfather? Does it say? Jim |

I have searched too 2 years either side of 1923 and the Southwark one is the strongest possibility. On the strength of this I would certainly buy the certificate. |
