I have spent hours on this, as if I have time to waste!!! See my password thread for the saga. I have re-loaded my browser because they say they are showing that I don't have the latest, I did Firefox 3.6.7 but I have re-loaded it just to be sure. |

Tried that, same result. Strange, it let me sign in to actually get into Genes but then wouldn't let me use the same password that I had signed in with to get into gedcom. |

This really didn't occur to me but probably should have. I always use a capital for my password and this is how it is when I log on. However an e mail from support gave me the password to use and it has a small letter to start. And that was all the problem was. |

Just uploaded the gedcom, took a bit of sorting by the two of us. Windows 7 doesn't always do things as youy expect it to. Anyway, thank you to everyone for the help. |
